Come to The Table. Get Refreshed.
Strengthening Women Who Are Strengthening The Kingdom
Tea Party Worldwide: Where Women in Ministry find Strength, Prayer & Family.
A Global Sisterhood for Lady Pastors, Pastor’s Wives & Women Leaders.
You Were Never Meant To Carry It Alone
By The Tea Party Worldwide
There is a quiet pain many women in ministry know too well. It’s the smile on Sunday morning while your own heart is heavy.
It’s praying for everyone else, but having no one to pray for you or with you.
It’s leading, serving, giving, and pouring… until you feel empty. Lady Pastors. Pastor’s wives. Women leaders.
We are carrying the church, the home, the ministry, and the people.
And for too long, many of us have been suffering in silence. But that was never God’s intention.
God Designed Us for One Another
The Bible says it plainly:
“if one part suffers, all parts suffer with it …” 1 Cor. 12:26 (KJV). The Kingdom was never designed for solo heroes.
Jesus had 12. Moses had Aaron and Hur. Elijah had Elisha.
Even in ministry, we need covering, we need family, we need sisters. You don’t have to pretend you’re okay when you’re not.
You don’t have to carry the burden all alone.
Behind every smile, there is a hurting heart. Come to the table, sit down and be set free and then, move on in the strength of the Holy Spirit.
Why The Tea Party Worldwide Exists
The Tea Party Worldwide was birthed from this exact burden. Our vision is simple:
To inspire, encourage, pray for, and strengthen women leaders so God’s Kingdom moves forward. Like a cup of tea, we are a place of rest.
A place to exhale. A place to be seen, heard, and strengthened.
No masks. No performance. Just truth, prayer, and sisterhood.
What We Do — Our Branches & Our Work
We meet women in every season and calling through the six branches (and growing):
Lady Pastors Branch – For women leading churches and ministries;
Pastor’s Wives Branch – For women standing in ministry with their husbands;
Women Leaders Branch – For department heads, founders, and marketplace ministers;
Young Women in Ministry Branch – For daughters being groomed for leadership;
Widows & Seasoned Leaders Branch – For our mothers and pillars who need honor and rest;
Global Virtual Branch – For our sisters across the world
Come to The Table. Get Refreshed.
By The Tea Party Worldwide
Ministry is beautiful. But ministry is also heavy. If you’re a Lady Pastor, a Pastor’s Wife, or a Woman Leader, you already know.
You’re the one people run to.
You’re the one praying, counseling, organizing, and holding things together. But who holds you?
Who prays for you and with you when you’re tired?
Who asks, “Sister, how is your heart?” It’s okay to be tired. It’s okay to need rest.
And that’s why the table is set.
The Table Was Always God’s Idea
From the beginning, God never designed us to do life alone.
Jesus gathered 12 to a table. He broke bread. He talked. He washed feet.
At the table, burdens get lighter. Hearts get healed. Strength gets renewed.“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Matt. 11:28 (KJV).
That’s what we do at The Tea Party Worldwide. We set the table.
What Happens At The Table?
The table isn’t fancy. It’s not about perfect hair or perfect ministry.
It’s about real women, real struggles, and a REALGod. When you come to The Table with us, you’ll find:
1. Refreshment
Like a warm cup of tea, we slow down. We breath. We let God minister to us first before we minister to others.
2. Prayer
In addition to praying alone in your room, we stand with you. We intercede for you, your home, and your ministry.
3. Sisterhood
This is a no-judgment zone. Here, “if one part suffers, all parts suffer with it” 1 Cor 12:26 (KJV).
We carry each other because you are our company - Acts 4:23 (KJV).
4. Encouragement
Words that lift. Wisdom that guides. Mentorship that grows you.
We remind you of who God called you to be.
5. Rest
From retreats to Tea & Talk sessions, we create space for you to just be a daughter before you’re a leader.
This Table Is For You
This table has a seat for: The Lady Pastor carrying a church on her back;
The Pastor’s Wife who smiles on Sunday but cries on Monday;
The Women Leader leading departments, businesses, and people;
The Young Woman in Ministry who needs covering and guidance;
The Seasoned Leader who has poured out for years and needs to be poured into.
Whether you’re in Lagos, London, Canada, the U.S. or joining us online through our Global Virtual Branch, the table is open.
You Are Not Less Than
You are noy inferior, unqualified, or unworthy. God never makes anything halfway.
"For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." - Eph. 2: 10 (NIV)
You don't need to shrink to make others comfortable. You don't need to compete of compare. You are already enough. You are already chosen.
The enemy will often whisper lies that you are "less than," "not capable," or "not ready." These lies are meant to steal your confidence, your joy, and your destiny. But God's word declares the truth: you are His workmanship, perfectly created for a purpose only you can fulfill.
You are not too small, too inexperienced, too flawed, or too ordinary. God does not make mistakes. Every gift, every skill, every part of you has been prepared for divine assignments. You are complete in Him, and your contribution to the Kingdom is unique and essential. Things can never be too little for God to use. It can be too much.
When the Lord called Gideon to fight the Midianites, people were gathered around him, ready to fight. The Lord told Gideon:
"You have too many men. I cannot deliver Midian into your hands, or Israel would boast against Me." - Judges 7:2 (NIV)
Don't live to impress people. Live to please God only (Heb. 11:6).
You have God's strength. You have His wisdom!
"I can do all this through him who gives me strength." - Phil. 4:13 (NIV).
Stop measuring yourself by human standards. Stop trying to prove your worth to people who will never see it. You are enough because God made you enough. Step boldly into your purpose, embrace your calling, and walk in the confidence that comes from being fully loved and fully equipped by the Creator of the universe.

Moment of Encouragement
Unapologetic Gratitude
The depth of His love for you cannot be measured, and it's height cannot be scaled. He wants you to trust Him completely because He will not fail you. He cannot.
When you go through trials He will keep you from defeat, when you face temptations He will keep you from shame. When the enemy comes in like a flood, He will raise up a standard against him.
So lift up your voice, your heart and your hands today and give Him a praise that is worthy for He has done all things well for you.
You don't know how? - 2 Chr. 20:15 - 25 and put on your shoes
Good morning Jesus, Good Morning Lord, thank You for another day.. Amen
In Him,
Shalom!
