Testimony
T - Timely. It was so timely when I joined. I came at the right time and God used this platform for me. Our Motto *no woman left behind* thank God I joined this destiny call when nothing makes sense around me. I was in a season of contradiction. I was hurt wounded and felt like quitting.
E - Encouraging. Over the past 8 years, I have received so much encouragement here. Knowing that was I was going through was not peculiar only to me provided a comfort that I cannot explain. It is a safe, non-judgmental place where we unburden our hearts, share love, and lift each other up.
A - Advancing; My life has truly advanced. I have received tremendous insight, godly counsel, support and scriptures that have transformed my life. I have made genuine friendships that are rooted in love and truth. The women here have challenged me to be the best version of myself. I have seen their passion for God and for life, and every single day, I just want to aspire to be the best version God has ordained me to be:
Tea Party is more than a group, it's a family, a beautiful place where I can be myself and be loved for who I am.
Tea Party is a place of bulldog faith a place where our capacity is enlarged, a place where we are able to dream bigger than our eyes can see. It's a place of encouragement, a place where tears are wiped away, a place where our faith is fastened to the promise and pulls it into reality Heb 11:33(TPT)
The strategies that have been shared in Tea Party have become a game changer for me.
With special appreciation to the pioneer, *Pastor Derin Fatola*, thank you for yielding to the call of God and saying YES. Because you said YES, many of us found a home.
Special thanks to my mentor, the priest over Tea Party for his prophetic release after every meeting. We love you sir.

My Tea Party Journey

I joined Tea Party years ago, and the fact that I am still actively engaged today is a testament to the impact it has had on my life. For me, Tea Party has been much more than a women’s leadership group—it has been a place of spiritual growth, awakening, and purpose.
As a woman leader in the marketplace, I have always believed that my leadership platform can be used to advance the Gospel. Through my interactions with the dynamic Pastors and Pastors’ wives, and through our quarterly conversations, sharing, and reflections, that conviction has grown even stronger.
Tea Party helped me realize that “I am a ministry” . My workplace is not separate from my calling. My leadership, influence, skills, and relationships are all opportunities to represent Christ and advance His Kingdom.
1 Peter 4:10 reminds us to use the gifts we have received to serve others as faithful stewards of God’s grace. Tea Party has challenged me to recognize my gifts, embrace my function in the Body of Christ, and walk boldly in my assignment.
Tea Party is unique. It may not be for everyone, but for those who engage, it equips, stretches, and inspires you to become more intentional about who you are and what God has entrusted to you.
Today, I see my professional platform differently. I am not simply a leader in the marketplace; I am a marketplace minister. I am a giant, and I desire to be a glory spreader—using my influence to point people to Christ.
Tea Party has helped me understand that my leadership is not just a position; it is a responsibility, an assignment, and a ministry.
My Tea Party Experience
Tea Party has truly been a blessing to me. It is more than just a gathering of pastors’ wives and women in ministry; it has become a safe and refreshing space where we can share, care, encourage one another, laugh together, learn from each other, and simply be ourselves.
Ministry can sometimes be demanding, and those who continually pour into others also need a place where they can be strengthened and supported. Tea Party provides that kind of community—a place of genuine sisterhood, understanding, and encouragement.
I am especially grateful to Pastor Derin Fatola for her heart and vision in bringing women together and creating an atmosphere where meaningful relationships can grow.
Thank you, Pastor Derin, for being a blessing and for reminding us that we don't have to do ministry or life alone.

My Tea Party Experience
I am so glad and feel greatly privileged to be a part of the Tea Party worldwide. My life has been greatly impacted. I remember all the sisters around the tables praying for me in my time of difficulty. It was really a safe space to cry out and unburden in God's presence. I get great encouragement whenever I come to the Tea Party. I am always lifted and pumped up after our meetings. What a great place to be. That's why I mark my calendar from the beginning of the year and make sure I make room for this "me" time with the Lord and my sisters.

Tea party is a safe, relaxed, confidential environment where I connect with other female leaders to get encouragent and refreshment in my spirit, soul and body. Because of the challenges of ministry, I have always been able to come to Tea Party for a moment of rest, mutual upliftment, sharing and most of all, peer support
Through Tea Party, I have made a lot of connections with which I have been able to build a community of friends whom I have often called upon to pray, share ideas, minister together.
I have developed deep friendships with other women leaders from these gatherings who have helped me to reduce loneliness and weariness that occur in ministry.
I am grateful for the private setting which makes it easier to discuss the joys and struggles of ministry life openly, to pray, to empathize and to share wisdom every time we meet together at the Tea Party.
Thank you, Pastor Derin, for pioneering this vision, you will continue to impact to be a blessing to humanity in Jesus name 🙏🏾

The Tea Party worldwide - Belize has helped me to grow spiritually. I have received healing. I was able to pray for others, and it gave me the platform to share my testimonies of healing.
My Tea Party Experience
So far, I was only able to attend one of the tea parties, and already I can tell that it is an amazing and much needed event for women. It is a safe space to unwind and share what I was dealing with and also to hear biblical counsel. From just one tea party meeting, I gathered so much knowledge. I look forward to the next one, God willing . Thank you for making it possible
