The Founder

Pastor Derin Fatola is the co-founder alongside her husband of Kingdom Oasis International Inc. (a.k.a Cutting Edge Word Ministries International, Canada) with the divine mandate of raising a people of purpose, impact, and character. 
She has a burning passion for her generation by ushering men and women into their divine purpose in life so that they may, in turn, impact their world. 

Pastor Derin is passionate about teaching the Bible with the emphasis on partnering with the Holy Spirit, our Helper. She is a faith-filled writer, speaker, and encourager of women.  She has taught God’s Word to hundreds of women around the world, in churches and conferences for over 20 years in Africa, Europe, North America, Central America, South America, and Asia. Her passion is to help daughters of God discover their identity, walk in purpose, and persevere through every season with grace and strength. Through her ministry and writing, she equips women to rise above fear, embrace destiny, and remember that no woman is ever left behind in God’s plan.

She is the founder of Tea Party Worldwide, a non for profit Organization with the Vision of inspiring, encouraging and strengthening lady Pastors, Pastor's wives and Women  in leadership positions in order to move God’s kingdom forward. Tea Party WorldWide has branches in Canada, the United States, Nigeria, and Belize.

Pastor Derin and her husband have authored a few books: “Marriage without Stress, How to Build an Enviable Marriage in an Unsettled World”, Dream Big - You are Created for More”, “Kingdom Parenting - Raising the Next Generation of Champions and No Woman Left Behind- Understanding Your Place in Destiny.” 

The Fatolas and their books have been featured on national television and across various media including: The 700 Club, Canada; Gospel Faith TV; TCN Network; and Christian Radio - FAITH FM 94.3. They are also the host of radio program: “Voice of Hope”, Belize, Central America.

Pastor Derin holds a Master’s degree in German and English from the University of Leipzig, Germany. She is married to her best friend and mentor of over 30 years- Pastor Martins Fatola - and they are blessed with 2 wonderful children - Fola David and Farah Sharon-Rose.
